RESPONSIBILITIES

Coach agrees to maintain ethical practice and standards and remain within scope of practice.

Client is responsible for creating and implementing her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the client agrees that the coach is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the coach.

Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters.

If client if currently under the care of a mental health professional, coach will recommend that client inform the mental health care provider.

Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

SERVICES

This agreement, between Infinity Training & Coaching Pty Ltd and the client, will begin on date of purchase and will continue for the agreed time from date of purchase or until terminated by Infinity Training & Coaching Pty Ltd. Coach will be available to Client by email and phone in between scheduled meetings as defined by the Coach.

SCHEDULE AND FEES

Client agrees to pay Infinity Training & Coaching Pty Ltd the payment for this program. This coaching fee is non-refundable and any agreed payment plan MUST be paid for as scheduled. Following the conclusion of the coaching package, Client may choose to continue with a coaching subscription or a new program that is being offered by Infinity Training & Coaching Pty Ltd.

REFUND POLICY At Infinity Training and Coaching Pty Ltd, we firmly believe that commitment to your personal and professional development is crucial for achieving success. When you invest in our coaching services, you are investing in yourself and your future growth. Therefore, we do not issue refunds as a standard policy. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing financial hardship for some individuals. In such cases, we are committed to supporting our clients as best as we can. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if financial hardship is present. If you believe you qualify for a refund due to financial hardship, please contact us at [email protected]. Our team will review your request and assess your situation accordingly. We are here to assist you and will do our best to accommodate your needs. Infinity Training and Coaching Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By engaging in our coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this refund policy.
