The Infinity Training & Coaching website, www.infinitytrainingandcoaching.com ("Service" / "Site"), is operated by Infinity. By accessing the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated by Infinity from time to time. We utilise your data to enhance and improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy available on our website. Unless otherwise defined in the Privacy Policy, the terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the same meanings as in our Privacy Policy, accessible from www.infinitytrainingandcoaching.com.

If any provision of these Site Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Infinity reserves the right to discontinue or restrict access to the Site or its content at any time. Infinity may terminate or restrict your access to the Site if you breach these Terms and Conditions. All disclaimers and limitations of liability by Infinity will remain in effect even after termination.

Infinity is not liable for any loss or damage caused by your use or operation of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to indemnify Infinity to the fullest extent allowed by law for any such loss or damage.

Governing Law
These Site Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Additionally, they shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. If any of these Site Terms and Conditions are found to be void, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, those provisions shall be deemed deleted, and the remaining Site Terms and Conditions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable.

SERVICES

The agreement, between Infinity Training & Coaching Pty Ltd and the above-named student, will begin on date purchased and will continue for the agreed time from date of agreement or until terminated by Infinity Training & Coaching Pty Ltd.

The Educator will be available to Client by email and phone in between scheduled meetings as defined by the Educator.

SCHEDULE AND FEES

Student agrees to pay Infinity Training & Coaching Pty Ltd in full or with a minimum $500 deposit, payable in advance. This fee is non-refundable and any agreed payment plan MUST be paid for as scheduled. Following the conclusion of the Training program, Student may choose to continue with a new program or subscription that is being offered by Infinity Training & Coaching Pty Ltd.

REFUND POLICY

At Infinity Training & Coaching Pty Ltd, we believe that your commitment to personal and professional growth is one of the most important investments you can make. When you enrol in our Breathwork Facilitator Training, you're not just signing up for an event—you're stepping into a transformational experience designed to elevate every area of your life and career.

REFUNDS

We offer a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time of purchase. If you change your mind within this window, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.

Outside of this 24-hour period, no refunds will be issued, unless required under Australian Consumer Law. This applies whether or not you have accessed the training content or participated in any part of the program.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled training and a refund is not required under Australian Consumer Law, we may offer you the option to transfer your enrolment to a future intake or program of equal value, subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that Infinity Training & Coaching Pty Ltd is unable to deliver the service as promised, a full refund will be provided.

If you have chosen a payment plan, please note that the full investment must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the live training component.

Failure to complete payment within this timeframe means you will not be able to attend your selected training intake, and you will be offered the option to transfer your enrolment to a future intake, subject to availability.

HARDSHIP POLICY

We understand that life can throw curveballs. Our Hardship Policy exists to support students who are genuinely committed to completing their certification but are facing unexpected financial difficulty and cannot meet their payment obligations.

This policy applies only to those who have selected a payment plan.

If you believe you qualify for financial hardship, please contact our team at [email protected] as soon as possible.

All hardship requests must be submitted in writing and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If eligible, we may offer a temporary, tailored payment arrangement to help you stay enrolled while easing financial pressure.

Please note: this does not cancel or waive your financial obligation—it is simply a temporary support structure.

We are committed to working with integrity and fairness, and we expect the same level of commitment and communication from our students.

Infinity Training and Coaching Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

By engaging in our coaching and training services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this refund policy.
