What Is Involved In Level 1 and Level 2 Programs?
In our Level 1 Program, you'll master the essential skills needed to become a world-class Breathwork Facilitator.
We cover key topics such as Anatomy and Physiology, The Nervous System, Breath Reprogramming, Performance, and Trauma, equipping you with the tools to start transforming lives right away.
Our primary goal in Level 1 is to ensure you feel confident and prepared to lead safe, effective, and life-changing Breathwork sessions.
Level 2 takes your training to the next level, diving deeper into Trauma-Informed Breathwork techniques and preparing you to facilitate larger group settings-perfect for workshops, retreats, or bigger events.
How Much Self Paced Pre-Learning Is There?
As part of our commitment to providing a complete educational experience, we offer a comprehensive pre-learning curriculum to enable our students to fully immerse themselves in the material covered during the 3-day in person training.
Our specially crafted pre-learning course consists of audio modules that require approximately 10 hours to complete.
This self-paced program allows you the flexibility to listen and learn while engaging in your routine daily activities.
Your pre-learning must be completed prior to attending the 3-day training in order to receive your certification on day 3.
Will I Receive A Certification Upon Completion?
Yes.
Upon successfully finishing the pre-learning modules and participating in our 3-day immersive retreat, you'll be awarded an official certification from Infinity Training & Coaching.
This prestigious certificate is accredited and endorsed by the esteemed International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) and the International Community for Alternative and Holistic Professionals (ICAHP), ensuring its credibility and value.
With this certification, you'll significantly enhance your credibility as you embark on your journey as a Breathwork Instructor, fostering greater levels of trust from those you work with.
Can you complete the certification In-Person & Online?
Yes — we offer a hybrid model for our Level 1 Breathwork Facilitator Training. This means students can join us live via Zoom while the in-person group is learning in the room. It's allowed us to support students nationally and globally to complete their certification from wherever they are in the world.
Please note: Our Level 2 Advanced Training is delivered in person only. This immersive experience is designed to go deeper into the work after completing Level 1.
Is There Business Support Included In The Program?
Yes, this was one of the major gaps we identified in the Breathwork space.
We don't just certify you as a world-class, globally accredited Breathwork Facilitator. After our in-person Level 1 training, we provide an additional 4 weeks of mentorship, focusing on the essential business foundations-everything from obtaining insurance and setting up payment systems to developing a social media strategy and attracting your ideal clients.
