As part of our commitment to providing a complete educational experience, we offer a comprehensive pre-learning curriculum to enable our students to fully immerse themselves in the material covered during the 3-day in person training.

Our specially crafted pre-learning course consists of audio modules that require approximately 10 hours to complete.

This self-paced program allows you the flexibility to listen and learn while engaging in your routine daily activities.

Your pre-learning must be completed prior to attending the 3-day training in order to receive your certification on day 3.

Yes — we offer a hybrid model for our Level 1 Breathwork Facilitator Training. This means students can join us live via Zoom while the in-person group is learning in the room. It's allowed us to support students nationally and globally to complete their certification from wherever they are in the world.

Please note: Our Level 2 Advanced Training is delivered in person only. This immersive experience is designed to go deeper into the work after completing Level 1.
